MARSHMALLOW RECIPE

Our daughters had been asking if we could roast Marshmallows during our next movie night.      As most of the packaged marshmallows contain Glucose syrup from wheat or corn, added flavours and preservatives we decided to make them ourselves. We found a great no corn syrup recipe from a website by Laura Fuentes. I used the stove top for the Gelatin powder and honey and the Thermomix for the mixing. They turned out great and most importantly the girls loved them.
